Our leasing program is simple... we have no credit checks, qualifications or applications to get you into any of our available homes! All that is required to get into a lease is a cashiers check, money order or cash to cover the deposit plus the first months lease payment and a photo copy of a valid drivers license and social security card for all tenants occupying the property. The homes come with the option to purcahse however there are zero obligations to do so unless you are ready too. If you choose to to purchae a home your security deposit will be applied to your down payment and if you choose to just lease the home, the security deposit is 100% refundable minus any wear and tear to the property. We have no pet restrictions, smoker restrictions and no additional deposits required for either.
