2 baby goats (apache junction)

I need to rehome my to pygmy goats. They are boys, have been fixed and dehorned. they have there shots. They are wonderful pets.The city has informed me that I am not in the zoneing for them and that I cant have them. I am asking a rehoming fee of $100 each. I paid $125 each for them.
