Chief Financial Officer (South Austin)

Established Austin-based professional services company with branch offices in Dallas and Houston seeks Chief Financial Officer to plan, direct and coordinate financial and other activities, and advise and offer guidance in operations, strategic matters, and future growth. Responsibilities include all corporate and project accounting and financial reporting systems, company-wide IT, contract administration, lease negotiations, and insurance/benefits. This individual will be a hands-on key participant in the senior corporate management team. CPA and private sector financial management experience required.
