Hello, I am a realtor/investor here in Houston. As you probably know we are still seeing appreciation in our housing market. I specialize in researching/ marketing which allows me to find extremely motivated sellers. There are some great deals to be had here right now!
Please feel free to email me so that you can give me an idea of the types of investment properties you are interested in i.e. rehabs or rentals. I will email you properties daily as well as the comps to go along with them. Obviously, distance is an issue so if you purchase rental properties I would be willing to find tenants for you. If it is rehabs you are looking for I can be your eyes and ears at the job site.
I know there are alot of scams out there but my goal is to form long lasting business relationships. Just remember I have alot to lose as well. It takes a great deal of time to research the MLS in order to find the best deals. I also spend a great deal of money on marketing for motivated sellers each month. Basically, what it boils down to is that I want to work with people that are serious about investing and serious about making money.
