Entercom Austin is looking for a well-rounded, roll-up-your-sleeves team player ready for a challenge. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our business department. This position will be hands-on with exposure to all aspects of the financial operations of the organization and its fast-paced, day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include commission calculations; AP, payroll and HR. Additional duties may include maintaining accurate financial records and preparing clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing and operational use; reconciling accounts, recording journals entries; reviewing and verifying accuracy of data. The right candidate will be proactive and efficient and must have 4+ years experience in the finance/accounting area with a BS or BBA in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency with Excel and Office is required; knowledge of Solomon or comparable accounting system is highly desired. Be able to plan, prioritize and organize work.
