Our client, a Fortune 500 manufacturer, is looking for a Tax Manager to manage several professional staff in the Federal tax preparation process and assist in the tax accounting process. A related Bachelor's degree is required as well as a minimum of 7 years of public accounting and/or multinational corporate tax department experience and 6 years in Federal tax research, planning, and compliance. A qualified candidate will have FAS 109, FIN 48 and Sarbanes-Oxley Sec. 404 tax accounting experience. This position calls for a well organized individual who is a team player.
