Our North Dallas client is looking for several temp to possible hire Call Center Representatives:
Our client is seeking intelligent, inquisitive and self-disciplined individuals who can navigate challenges with ease. A variety of call center backgrounds will be accepted if talent has been demonstrated.
- Will be contacting people responsible for overpayment recovery requests
- 1-2 years call center experience
- Collection experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well with little supervision
- Ability to hit certain number of outgoing calls daily
- Intermediate typing level
