Jake 2 year old male Shih tzu back up for adoption

I had a lot of responses on Jake when I put him on here before. I talked to a lot of people and I finally found somebody that I thought was a good fit, but due to a change in circumstances he does not have the time that Jake needs, although he says that he is very smart and learns well he needs to be with somebody that has more time for him. Jake is an AKC 2 yr old choc. and white sweet little shih tzu. He came from a bad situation and requires a special person that has patience to work with him. He does learn fast and is a real lover once he warms up to you. I will not let the papers go with him until he is altered because to a breeder he is worth a lot and I do not want him back in that situation.
