As you enter the park, take a left (pass the Clubhouse) and stay left all the way until you see #169 on the right side. You can't miss the large lawn area and newer homes in the neighborhood!

To qualify for this home, please review our criteria:
1. We are a "no pet" rental community
2. We do credit checks (good credit applicants encouraged to apply)
3. We do verifications of employment and require proof of income
4. We do verifications of current residency (has rent been paid on time?)
5. Applications may be obtained from the Park or the Agent. App. fees apply
6. Utilities are not included.
Sahara Village has a newly painted Clubhouse which all residents and their guests may enjoy. There is fresh coffee and tea offered weekdays. We have on-site management and a refreshing swimming pool for you to enjoy. Inside the clubhouse we have new furniture, tables & chairs and a nice reading area. We also have a car-wash area for your convenience.
