The little guy in the photo is a spaniel mix, possibly cocker spaniel or Cavalier King Charles Spaniel or ... He is about 3 months old and weighs 18 pounds. He failed behavior test basically because he exhibited typical 3 month old puppy behavior; a little bit too mouthy. He needs a foster that can start preparing him for his forever home, or a forever home who will commit to getting him some training.

Abe, not pictured, is a one year old terrier-mix. He is a handsome guy with a scruffy tan coat and a white mohawk. He initially passed the behavior test, but then was re-evaluated when he exhibited some poor leash manners. He loves to play with other dogs, and did a bit of a circus act when we took him out with one of our dogs - jumping back and forth over the other dog's back while that dog ran. Really cute. We will add a picture of him soon.

Ralphie, another young terrier/chihuahua mix, who failed medical because of ear mites. These are easily treatable, and of course Grateful Dog covers the fosters medical care. We will also try to add a picture of him soon.

There is also a huge crop of chihuahua of all ages; some ACC will adopt out and some they won't. The latter will need foster homes. If you can take a little dog in your home temporarily please let us know.
