Ideal candidates will be current, Texas licensed, Medical Aestheticians or LVNs, have the ability to take ownership of their jobs and work in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong work ethic, be energetic, passionate about the wellness industry, and have the skills necessary to provide safe, effective medical aesthetic skin care and body treatments.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Administering medical aesthetic skin care and body treatments.
• Ensuring consistent delivery of world-class treatment experiences for clients.
• Maintaining accurate record keeping.
• Maintaining open communication with RNs, Clinical Director/Manager.
• Provision of written reports for Clinical Director/Manager as and when required.
• Adherence to the utmost in professional conduct in accordance with standards set by Texas licensing boards, Sona Houston and Sona Medspa Corporate Head Quarters.
Requirements:
• Valid, current, license as Aesthetician/LVN in the State of Texas.
• Outgoing and sales oriented.
• Ability to participate in increasing sales revenues through upgrades and consultations.
• Ability to work in a collegial relationship.
• Ability to work on Saturdays and/or some evenings.
• Strong work ethic.
• Energetic and ability to go the extra mile.
• Sense of urgency when it comes to delivery of exemplary customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to serve people.
• Team Player.
• Ability to portray a positive, progressive image and exemplify dedication and commitment to the achievement of Sona Houston’s business objectives.
• Experience in a medical spa environment a plus.
