Here's my black 1993 eagle talon tsi with all wheel drive. This car has the 5speed 4g63 turbo motor with 210hp stock. I just had a baby so I cannot continue my little hotrod projects. Tags are up to date and with a little tlc this car can be a great commuter or hotrod..... or both. I have to sell this quick to make bills on time so offer up. Any questions feel free to ask. Asking 1,300 firm. Bank has title which will be put in your hand after payoff. Pickup only,bring a trailer (car will drive up onto the trailer fine) after payoff we will transfer ownership at the local tax office. Not trying to scare anyone but : No warranty is implied and the description of this vehical was done to the best of my ability.
The Good:
Only 135k on the body
Paint is in okay condition, few dings and scuffs but nothing big.
Tan leathe Interior is in okay condition for it's age.
Motor pulls hard and is real peppy.
Sound system is pretty nice.
A few mods (New wires,plugs,b&m fuel reg,ect)
Pioneer head unit and sound system
Full 4g63 motor/tranny ect. You could probably sell the motor as a swap and recycle the car and make more than what you're paying.
Power interior,windows both work and all lights work good.
The Bad:
The front leather seats need seat covers.
The oil return line needs to be replaced (35.00 part)
Suspension is a ebay coilover kit put on by previous owner,rides but is bumpy.
Back passenger side tire has a slow air leak (cheap fix)
Needs and alignment (cheap fix)
Clutch went out (even for a great performance clutch your looking at around 300)
Exhaust hangers need to be fixed (cheap fix at a muffler shop)
Driver side door lock won't unlock, but passenger side will.
Driver fender needs to be adjusted so that the door doesn't catch when wide open
Sound system is hooked up to an amp which isn't included.
The previous owner said the motor was overhauled less than 10k ago. Haven't had time or the need to break into the motor to look if it was or not. Feels like it though (I've drove dsm's for years).
