I am relisting this MH . It does have water damage , not from a flood but the roof being bad. I was going to sell it for parts and had it listed so. I just wasn't going to pick apart a perefectly good shell . The interior isn't completely ruined butthe floor and roof are bad above the front A/C unit , but the exterior is near perfect . It has a big block 454 c.i. gas engine, turbo 400 transmission all original with 44,000 miles ( yes that is the correct mileage 44,000) and Onan Generator . These parts alone are worth the asking price .Pick it apart yourself , or someone looking for a summer or winter project with a good starting base this is for you . All appliances are there , minus the refridgerator . 4 burner stove , microwave , built in counter sunk blender , awning all the holding tanks are good, water pump etc. etc. .The main location of the water damage is above the front couch around the front A/C unit . The inside is partially gutted out allready. I left the kitchen and bathroom area intact as it had no damage at all to it . Runs excellent needs the carb put back on to run again. and drives , but needs brake work , roof , interior and tires. I have a clear TX title in hand!
