Just found out I am getting transfered to Houston Texas 2 days ago and I need to rent out my apartment for Feb 1st. I am moving out of town this weekend but my friend Stephanie will be showing it for me.
2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhouse. Chase Oaks Apartments. I just renewed my lease Nov 15th its a 7 month lease, lease is negotiable. This includes water,trash, parking, basic cable, Has a pool, gym all the usuals. Utilities and through JEA not included.
