ROOMMATE for rental share in a great location. The room for rent is a completely furnished converted living room in a one-bedroom apartment with no door, but the room is completely separated from the rest of the apartment. It has a bunk bed for two people if needed. There is a private entrance into the apartment. Large room is furnished with new bunk bed, entertainment center with TV/VCR, Comcast* high speed Internet in room with a PC, standard cable, dresser, closet, and nightstand. In the kitchen there is a microwave, fridge, juicer, silverware, etc. Street parking with plenty of space is available and a nice size front and back yard. All bills are paid which includes: elect, gas, water, standard cable w/internet, and unlimited local calls. Because of the option of month-to-month terms being made available combined with the excellent location, there is a high demand for the room. Rent is $450.00 a month for one person and $700.00 for two people with a $225.00 deposit per person. Deposit is refundable provided a one-month notice to vacate is given. There is a one time charge of $20.00 for the lock maintenance fee as there are two separate entrances into the apartment with a total of four locks to change out. There are rotating schedules which are fair for cleanup chores. If you do not want to chip in when it is your turn, or you do not require a clean environment please do not call about the apartment. Non-smoking and non-tobacco chewing roommate wanted. No alcoholics or people with other substance abuse problems. i.e. cocaine, crack, crystal, or on property pot smokers.
