Reply to Ad: Click Here The focus of a Cricket Authorized Dealer Sales and Service Representative is to sell and explain Cricket products and services to new and existing customers, explain billing procedures and equipment usage, accept customer payments, answer walk-in and call-in prospect questions, answer basic customer service questions, make outbound calls for customer follow-up and prospecting opportunities, and assist in inventory of equipment and accessory stock. Good telephone and communication skills (verbal and listening), with effective interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum two years of retail sales, customer service or telecommunications experience required. |
