A wonderful one bedrom apartment in Grandview; located at the Arbors of Watermark. I have moved out recently and I am looking for somebody to finish my lease for me. It is ONLY two months so there wouldnt be a longterm commitment, yet, if you decide you like it you can sign a lease with the leasing office. I have a working fireplace, dishwasher, gas heating and a laundry facility on site. I am not asking for a deposit, unless there is a pet, and I am only asking for 300 for the rest of January. Again, the lease would end March 31st.
