This is a 1985 Sequoia Tent Trailer. We are the second owners. There is a king-size bed on one end and a double bed on the other end. The dinette area turns into a double bed too. My 16 year old son sleeps here and has plenty of room. There is a heater and attached awning. There are four stablizing jacks on the corners of the trailer. The canvas was replaced in September 2001. We have purchased a new tires in June 07 and the other tire was replaced in December 2007. There is a spare mounted on the back of the trailer. There is a stove (three burner) on the inside of the trailer and another stove (2 burner) on the outside of the trailer.

Please note on the front right side there are two cracks/holes on the front panal. This was caused by a couple of rocks hitting the panal. Some of the corners have cracks in them too. I have replaced the seal on the top of the roof and siliconed the seams on the top too. There are no leaks. The lights on the inside of the trailer do not work. The lights on the exterier of the trailer do work.

The reason we are selling is we needed to purchase a toy hauler to carry our toys. Putting a quad and 2 motorcycles in the back of a pickup truck is too much work.
