FULL TIME- Maintenance Position
Magazine Distribution Company is looing for a qualified Maintenance person.
The position requires maintenance skills, good communication skills, and ability to read and follow instructions. Responsible for repairs i.e., pluming, electrical, drywall, patch & painting, carpentry, locks, roofs, graffiti removal, heating air conditioning, ventilation, and life safety equipment. 24-hour on call to respond to emergency situations. Must be available for after-hour emergencies during the week and weekends. Knowledge of safe work practices and recordkeeping principles and practices. Use required tools and equipment effectively and safely.
Education: High School diploma or GED
Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required. Must speak English.
Valid Driver’s License and proof of current automobile Insurance.
Must be able to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
