JoS. A. Bank, one of the nation’s leading retailers is seeking Customer Service Representatives for Full Time and Part Time positions in our Catalog Call Center. The ideal candidate will answer incoming telephone calls relating to catalog merchandise orders. The selected individual should have previous customer service experience, computer and data entry skills, and possess a professional phone presence.
We currently have the following shifts available:
8:00am to 5:00pm, Mon-Fri x3
11:30am to 8:00pm, Mon-Fri
10:00am to 6:30pm,Sat-Wed
9:00am to 5:30pm, Sat & Sun
3:30pm to Midnight, Sat & Sun
