I have some acreage that is very beautiful with lots of character and variety of woods, creek, and pastures. It is for sale for 80K without minerals, plus possibility of another 5 acres w/ 50 acres of undivided interest nearby for hunting and fishing for additional 10K.
There is also a hunting/ fishing acreage close to the Neches River that I'd like to sell that runs along the Neches and is quite nice for someone that is looking for a "lease" but would rather own and not pay dues, fees, or upkeep.
