BECOME A REFERRAL ASSOCIATE
It cost's you nothing. All you have to do is refer leads to The Mathis Group for real estate, commercial, business or expansion plan deals. Our minimum is $1 million dollars. We can go up to $1 Billion dollars.
We are looking for positive, outside the box thinkers. You need to be comfortable networking, searching out deals or talking to people who do deals. Preferably, an Associate will have some established contacts in the business community that have confidence and trust in you. Honesty & credibility is very important to us. We are not looking for any "slick" types or "bull slingers". This is a serious opportunity to make some very good money.
You do not have to do any due diligence, appraising, credit checks or any of that tedious stuff. Just refer deals to us that are real and serious situations. We have people that will do investigative things for us. You might be called on to help with directions or something, but we are looking to you to bring solid opportunities to us.
We pay you $500 for every million dollars we fund and close on.
You will be paid after the deal closes.
For example, you send me a referral for a $1 million dollar deal and you will make $500 if we fund and close the deal. A $10 million dollar deal will pay you $5,000 if we fund and close the deal. You will be responsible for all your own taxes as you will not be an employee of The Mathis Group, but a self-employed agent/associate.
