You must see it to understand what I am renting here. If you are just looking for a place to live this is not it. This is a great full tme home or weekend retreat, art studio, writers den or possibly yoga studio.
This home has been gutted down to the studs redesigned and rebuilt to last with much love and care. I and many good people have worked on this rehabbing this home for over a year. There has been a great deal of blood sweat and tears put into this project that being said.
I am showing this home by appointment only. No out of country or out of state persons will be responded to at all. You must be able to meet me at this cottage to get a response!
The address will be kept anonymous until our meeting no drive byes please it will not not give this home justice. Also I will take bids for renting this home from prospective tenants the rental amount and terms of the lease are negotiable. I reserve the right to lease it for more or less than the amount listed in this add. I really do not know what it will rent for so I will let the market set the rent. There are no comparable rentals to this home in this city. As i said I am flexible on the terms but if you are just looking for someplace to live this is not for you.
But if you wish to be inspired every moment that you are at home then you have found it. This home is located in the most lovely place in Indianapolis the view is unmatchable as is the totally cool cottage it is very upscale and rustic all at the same time.
This the kitchen is made for entertaining and has an antique 1940s Wedgwood six burner stove with double ovens it weighs over 450 pounds and there is also a new whirlpool dishwasher and over the range microwave/range hood and a high end whirlpool double door refrigerator and in the back is a new front loading stack able whirlpool washer and dryer.
Totally unique one bed room one bath open concept home with a wall of glass that provides a view of the water from almost everywhere in the house, Lovely oak beams tie this home together. The photos shown below will be updated they were taken many months ago it is now almost finished and looks much different.
Located high on a levee with its own private dock plus extra land across the street for gardening, guest parking etc.
This has the most fantastic view in the city close to everything but feels like you are at a lake resort year round.
Whoever gets to live in this unique cottage must be good neighbors to the neighbors as they are my long time good friends. We all hang out together regularly. I have given my word to them that only good persons will be rented to everyone must get along. So no loud all night partiers or active criminals convicted felons or bad people etc will be rented to..
