We're looking for a full-time ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE to take on immediate marketing and advertising responsibilities. This is a challenging position. The perfect candidate would be a recent graduate looking to start from the ground floor, develop his/her leadership qualities, and grow to a GENERAL MANAGEMENT level. Applicant must be highly motivated, well organized, ambitious, sports minded, and "people first" oriented. There is NOT a glass ceiling - growth potential should be your biggest priority here.
Responsibilities include:
Marketing strategies and sales techniques
Oversee campaign development
Manage customer service, admin, and sales people
Run sales meetings
Delegate responsibilities to subordinates
Necessary Skills:
Organized
Excel and Word proficiency
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Proven people skills
Leadership

Degree in Communications

NCAA athletic experience
2-4 years of Military experience
Entrepreneurial mindset
Leadership Skills
