If you’re looking for a fast-paced, service-driven environment where no two days are alike, this position could be for you! VenJuvo, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Customer Service & Inventory Associate. VenJuvo is a business that provides Trade-in Trade-up services to retailers for high-end consumer electronics and other goods using several on-line auction outlets. This position requires someone with strong customer services skills, understanding of on-line auctions sites and knowledge of inventory tracking. Additionally, this person will interface with on-line customers, inventory tracking, as well as pack & ship items. This position is an integral part of VenJuvo team and a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and detailed oriented are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Point of Contact for On-Line Customers with responsibility for Customer Service processes
o Handle all in-bound emails and phone inquires from customers
o Monitor on-line site with follow up and follow through on issues that arise
o Maintain all customer correspondence related to on-line inquiries
o Track customer service satisfaction and adjust accordingly
• Responsible for all facets of VenJuvo, Inc. trade-in trade-up warehouse inventory as well as shipping and receiving process:
o Verify physical count against weekly reports and investigate discrepancies
o Monitor inventory tracking by SKU – prepare list of depleted items
o Supervise electronic tracking of shipping/receiving status and inventory levels
o Preparation and shipment of products to buyer
o Physical receipt and reconciliation of shipments
Qualifications:
• Solid Customer Service Skills
• Must be detailed oriented
• Strong verbal & written communications skills (writing test required)
• Proficient with the use of computer and internet (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
• Excellent logistics skills
• Solid understanding of inventory and warehousing practices
• Flexible and willing to grow and learn with a startup company
• Willing to work some weekends and evenings, on an as needed or rotating basis
