We are a world leader in online communities and virtual worlds. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Support Representative to add to our already dynamic and dedicated team.

Our next Customer Support Superstar is:

• Excellent at writing (customer emails, account documentation and departmental documentation)
• Dedicated to Customer Satisfaction
• Quick to answer calls, respond to emails and jump in on projects where needed
• Diligent in investigating fraudulent charges
• Tech-savvy, and experienced in troubleshooting basic Internet issues
• Highly motivated, and works well both independently and in a team
• Comfortable with change and eager to learn
• Part of a growing company, building the foundation for success with every customer communication
• Available to work weekends as needed
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check

The preferred candidate brings:

• 2+ years experience in a call-center or customer service center
• Experience working in eCommerce or online communities

We would be especially excited if you also bring the following:

• Experience with Technical Support
• Interest in and knowledge of video gaming, pop culture
• A college education
• Excellent writing and proof-reading skills and experience
