We hire entry level graduates into our management training program and provide a great opportunity for growth both professionally and personally. As a placement counselor you will be responsible for every aspect of the business to business life cycle. Working in specialized teams our employees focus on recruiting hi-end technology professionals and representing those individuals to established New York City companies.
In this job you will have the opportunity to learn how to do sales, marketing, advertising, client presentations, interviewing, account management and negotiation. The people we seek have exceptional communication and presentation skills. You must have the ability to think on your feet and engage clients on a daily basis. Individuals who are very confident and have excellent social skills would be a great start. We provide a very interactive training program, team setting and mentorship environment to help you take all of your raw skills and ability and translate them into how to build, manage and grow a business.

Our firm has grown from one office in Boston that opened in 1989 to our current infrastructure that has offices in NYC, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles and Orange County. All of our growth and opportunity has been to hire entry-level graduates and to promote from within. We currently have 350 employees and manage multiple recruiting web-sites in addition to our core offices. We expanded into the Finance and Accounting market in 2005 and have opportunity in this industry as well.
