We live in a large(over 2000 sq.ft.)manufactured home in a quiet gated senior community. Its about 6 miles from the Oceanside Harbor. Its also about a 2 minute walk from our home to the pool and jacuzzi and club house. Its a 55 year old and up community with the second person OK at 45 years old. It has many thousands of dollars in upgrades and a new roof last Nov(2006) costing #10K. Its a three bedroom two full bath with fruit trees and lots of rose's. The lot is also owned by the home owner, the HOA'S are $190 a month which includes water, sewer and trash. The last home just 4 homes down on this same street and not as large as ours and a bit smaller with no upgrades, sold for $360K about two months ago.
