Altrom America Corp. is searching for an experienced sales manager to sell, promote, and market Altrom’s NAPA Import Parts program and products through the assigned NAPA distribution centers and NAPA jobber ownerships, company owned jobbers, and local jobbers.

Regional Sales Managers are able to work from home, and receive a company car, gas card, travel budget, laptop, and cell phone. Regional Sales Managers are employees of Genuine Parts Company (Fortune 250 company).

We pay a competitive salary! Bonus potential is 30% of base salary at 100% quota.

Prior auto parts or service experience required

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Qualities -

Knowledge of the import aftermarket, import parts distributors, and BRANDED product suppliers. (e.g. -Worldpac, IMC, Bosch, Denso, Daiken, Brembo, KYB, MANN+Hummel, Beck/Arnley etc.)

Proven sales track record in the aftermarket; preferably, with NAPA experience.
Excellent territory management skills and experience in servicing a large sales territory.

Key responsibilities:
Continue the development of the Altrom Import Parts program rollout sales objectives within the assigned distribution centers.

Establish sound working sales relationships with NAPA distribution center's management and sales teams.

Aggressively identify and develop Altrom sales opportunities with key NAPA jobber ownerships and company owned jobbers.

Train distribution center and jobber sales personnel on Altrom’s NAPA Import Parts program features, benefits, and procedures.

Achieve monthly sales quotas.

Attend all NAPA Marketing Conferences for assigned distribution center accounts.

Provide field sales assistance as requested by jobbers and DC sales offices.

Manage and control expenses throughout the year.

Provide timely and well-written reports.

Travel to assigned distribution locations

Assigned locations

Must be able to travel to the following distribution locations:

Charlotte, Richmond, Knoxville, Charleston, High Point, Columbia, Memphis

Knowledge to use Microsoft Office programs and uses Excel spreadsheets proficiently.

Sound verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prepare and conduct presentations.

Ability to create informative and skilled written reports.

Professional and personable.
