Hello
My name is Tijuana Temple, and I have been working virtually for many years. I am very familiar with this industry, and decided to start my own BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Company. Currently, more corporations are reducing overhead costs, by requesting the services of outsourcing companies to perform administrative duties, such as, customer service, transcription, proof reading, database management, telemarketing, but not limited to. We will provide privacy for the client and maintain a high level of courtesy and professionalism. Therefore, my company will provide these services and network with other companies to acquire their business and assist them in their overflow of work.
As I start this process, I am going to need assistance. As I stated previously, this is a start up company and the pay will be minimal at the start. However, as the business grows, your hard work and dedication will be recognized and rewarded. At this time, I will be looking for Customer Service Representatives, Telemarketers, and Transcriptionists. At this time, all other positions are filled, as I get more clients, and the need for more contractors I will start the hiring process again.
At this time, I am only hiring individuals with previous transcription, telemarketing and customer service experience. To apply for the transcription position, you must type at least 80wpm (you will be tested on this) and have at least one year experience transcribing, and have proper equipment. If you have Customer Service experience, please only apply if you have had one or more years experience in customer service, this includes inbound and outbound, telemarketing, and surveys.
Prior to contracting for my company, you will need to be tested. This testing includes typing test, personality tests, and the final test is the background check. This is the process with no deviations. Once you have completed the testing, and interview phase, you will receive your contractor’s documents.
