I am looking for a Teacher Assistant to work with “at risk” students for the County office of San Diego. The School is in La Mesa. Job duties include: taking attendance, grading papers, answering phones, filing, and talking with parents as necessary. Starting pay is $8.75 an hour for a minimum of 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 7:45 to 1:45. Applicants must pass a basic aptitude test, and have a fingerprint check. The position is open immediately, and candidates must possess a high school diploma, and be enrolled in at least 6 or more units in a college or junior college.
