We hire entry-level retail consultants with management capabilities. We do not use the term employee at Makersen. We respect and consider every individual's opinions and ideas. As a result, we grow as a group and as individuals. Responsibilities are handed out based on personal initiative. Nobody is told to do anything and public recognition is emphasized. We do expect that individuals pride themselves on their work and practice a phenomenal student mentality.
