I have a bedroom available in a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment off of Roosevelt near 295. The rent is $370 plus half of the electric. The deposit is $370. The requriments are a steady job and the ability to pay bills on time. I'm in the master bedroom and the second bedroom is vacant. I'm a working professional who's schedule is 2:30-11:00pm so an early A.M. riser might not be the best fit. I'm not a partier, but I do like to have people over occasionally and I would expect the same as long as it was respectful.
